Kitinya is the Managing Partner of the firm. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, and a seasoned, top notch Global Contracts & Procurement Practitioner with extensive experience in transacting and negotiating multiple, highly complex commercial contracts across the globe, including the U.S.A, the U.K, Rest of Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and several countries in Africa.

Kitinya holds a bachelor’s degree in Laws from the University of Nairobi, a Postgraduate Diploma in Laws from the Kenya School of Law, a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Nairobi, a Professional Diploma in Procurement & Supply from the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply-UK, and Certified Public Accountancy course from KASNEB. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), the East Africa Law Society (EALS), Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM), and the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS-UK).

Kitinya’s practice interests include Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution; Procurement Laws & Practice; Employment & Labour Laws; Building Construction; Public Private Partnership; Project Finance; Tax Law; Corporate Governance; Medico Legal; Aviation Law; and Constitutional Law.

Prior to founding the firm, Kitinya worked at Lumumba & Ayieko Advocates, Kenya Airways PLC, Barclays Bank of Kenya (currently Absa Kenya) and The Karen Hospital.

Geoffrey Gitonga – Chief Administrative Officer

Gitonga is the Chief Administrative Officer of the firm, responsible for Human Capital Management, Finance, Procurement, Customer Experience and Operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, and is an alumnus of the prestigious Alliance High School.

Gitonga has an extensive and admirable expertise, experience and interest in Project Management, Construction & Engineering, Procurement & Contracts Management, Planning & Administration, Operations & Quality Management, Customer Service, among others.

Prior to joining the firm, Gitonga worked at Barclays Bank of Kenya (currently Absa Kenya), Powerplant Engineers and Unilever Kenya.

Robert Natwati – Lawyer & Trainee Advocate

Natwati is a Lawyer and a licensed Insurance Agent with invaluable and admirable 20 years+ quality experience in Insurance Agency. He is currently a Trainee Advocate, just about to conclude the Advocates Training Programme at the Kenya School of Law. He is responsible for Legal Research, Drafting of pleadings and contracts for review, among others.

Natwati holds a bachelor’s degree in Laws from the University of Nairobi, and a bachelor’s degree in Arts from the University of Nairobi.
